Our Hiring Process

Stage 1

Application Review

After you've applied for a job with us, our Talent team will take a close look at your application and see how well it matches the job requirements. We aim to get back to you with a decision on your suitability for the position within 72 hours. However, if we encounter an unexpectedly high volume of interest in the role, the evaluation process may extend beyond this initial timeframe.
Stage 2

Initial Screening

If your application aligns with the role's requirements, our talent team will reach out to you for an initial discussion. This casual conversation allows our team to delve deeper into your experience and offer you a better understanding of the role.

The purpose of this chat is to thoroughly evaluate your suitability for the position and confirm that it also aligns with your expectations before we kickstart the interview process.
Stage 3

1st Stage Interview

Your first stage interview will consist of an formal chat with our hiring team. We'll review your application, get to know you a little better, and give you the chance to ask us any questions about the role (or about working for us in general).

This interview will be conducted via Microsoft Teams unless otherwise stated.
Stage 4

Technical Challenge

During this phase, we'll invite you to tackle a Technical Challenge to gauge your technical skills. The good news is that this challenge isn't bound by a strict deadline, so you can work on it at your own convenience. In the majority of cases, we're able to get back to you with the results within 24 hours after you've finished the challenge.
Stage 5

Final Interview

This is the final stage in the interview process. At the stage you will attend a 90 minute interview which will be broken down into 3 sections.
  1. A conversation about the technical challenge you completed.
  2. A live coding exercise.
  3. A final Q&A session, where you can ask any remaining questions you have
After your interview, we aim to provide you with a decision within 72 hours. 
Stage 6

Offer Stage

Congratulations, you've successfully passed our interview process . At this stage, our People & Culture team will be in touch to issue your contract of employment, and provide you with a link to complete your pre-employment checks.
